Zen Timer is an application designed to assist individuals in maintaining focus during zen, meditation, and reflection sessions, providing a tool to help users relax without the distraction of time constraints.

The app offers four default timers and the flexibility to create and customize timers according to personal preferences. Users can tailor settings such as preparation time, meditation duration, interval frequency and length (with the option for each interval to have a unique duration), as well as allocate time for a cooldown period. Additionally, Zen Timer provides a selection of 18 alert sounds that can be used to signal interval switches.
